Graham has been a director of KLH Architects since its formation in 1988 and has always sought to support architectural students and work experience pupils within KLH Architects to ensure an experienced and committed team. Graham has welcomed new technologies, especially Building Information Modelling (BIM), and has given valuable support to colleagues to ensure its integration within the office.
Graham specialises in initial feasibility studies and space planning exercises and is currently developing the KLH Principal Designer role. With significant experience in health sector projects, most recently a Cardiology Laboratory at Ipswich Hospital and a new Cancer Centre at Colchester, Graham also has experience in refurbishment projects and is aware of the issues when working in a ‘live environment’. He has considerable experience in the refurbishment and extension of residential care homes with an emphasis on the needs of elderly dementia residents. Graham has also been involved in a number of civic related schemes, including the repaving of Ipswich waterfront, improvements to the transportation network and designs for new bus stations within the town.
